Common Questions
Everything parents ask before enrolling.
What do I need to bring each day?
A change of clothes, diapers/pull-ups if needed, and a labeled water bottle. We provide meals, snacks, and all learning materials.
Is there a waitlist?
Yes — spots fill quickly, especially for infants and toddlers. We recommend applying as early as possible. We'll contact you as soon as a spot opens.
What is your sick-child policy?
Children with a fever over 100°F, vomiting, or contagious illness must stay home. They may return 24 hours after symptoms resolve.
Do you offer a sibling discount?
Yes! Families enrolling two or more children receive a discount on the second child's tuition. Contact us for details.
What happens if I need to pick up late?
We understand emergencies happen. A late pickup fee applies after 5:30 PM. Please call us if you're running late.
Are your staff background-checked?
Absolutely. Every team member undergoes a thorough background check, is CPR/first-aid certified, and completes ongoing early childhood education training.
